WELCOME TO ANXIETY
NEW ZEALAND TRUST

We’re here to help the 1 in 4 Kiwis who experience anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD or phobias.

We run a free national helpline on 0800 269 4389 which is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week across NZ.

We also have specialist registered psychologists ready to help you manage stress, recover from anxiety, depression or co-related conditions you may be experiencing. If you live in the Auckland area we may be able to assist with getting funding for therapy.

Our full range of services also includes workshops, support groups, specialist medical assessment, prescriptions and ordering further medical tests if needed. We have a proven system for improving mental wellness, treating mental health issues and supporting you to reach your goals.
