About the Event
A free one hour online workshop, faciliated by an Anxiety NZ psychologist on self-care for people working in mental health to support their wellbeing.
The workshop is for Volunteer Workers and Staff of the Helpline Collaboration Group and Anxiety NZ.
The Helpline Collaboration Group meets regularly with the purpose to bring our collective strengths together for mutual connection, tautoko, and growth. Our vision is to create the best outcomes for people seeking support through telehealth
The presenter Jay is a qualified psychologist and dynamic speaker with a passion for self-care and experience presenting on this topic. Jay joined Anxiety NZ in 2015 and now lives in Melbourne, Australia.
