About the Event

Wind down from the week by joining a weekly Friday evening mindfulness session. Faciliated by two peer mindfulness facilitators in a safe and supported online environment. 

Mindfulness-based meditation is about learning to shift our attention and awareness from the past, and our worries about the future, to the present moment.

Mindfulness can help to increase mental resilience and wellbeing and bring about an enjoyment of the present moment and may improve depression, anxiety / stress.
