The Anxiety New Zealand Trust Wellness Toolbox is a workshop run over 2 x 2 hour sessions covering the essential tools that will contribute to positive emotional wellbeing. Learn important life skills to manage stress, relax, keep anxiety and depression at bay and generally feel more positive in life. You will learn how to build your own toolkit to develop positive emotional wellbeing.
- Relaxation (Breathing and PMR) skills
- Practical tools for positive wellbeing
- Positive Cognitive strategies
Held in small groups over 2 x 2 hour sessions (afternoon and evening sessions available)
