“Strong not Tough” is an interactive programme that gives adults and young people from the age of 16 the skills to cope effectively with the many challenging situations we all encounter throughout our lives.
This Resilience programme teaches skills and strategies that aim to help people
- build resilience
- manage stress
- develop awareness, mindfulness and relaxation
- improve performance in their chosen field
- enjoy their experience of life transitions
- experience happiness more often.
Held in small groups over one day or 2 half days
