What happens during a Needs Assessment is incredibly important. We learn as much as we can of:
- Your experience with Anxiety
- Any previous treatment you have had
- Important lifestyle and personal history experiences relevant to your effective treatment plan
In the Needs Assessment we aim to provide you with a better understanding of what is going on for you, as well as provide support and brief intervention strategies.
We will always encourage you to bring a loved one/support person to your Needs Assessment.
There are a number of proven methods for effectively treating anxiety-related conditions. By getting to know you as best we can, we can create a highly personalised ‘recovery blueprint’ – a customised treatment plan that will take you from fear to freedom.
